He is a really chubby down syndrome kid from Lakutie 1, Ahmii, karkkila, Finland with a fictive diagnosis named as "Meatly's syndrome/mutation", which makes the fat like a new "muscle", because the fat connects to the existing muscles and all kinds of veins goes through connected fat. By the way, he's the second case of Meatly, after Jack Meatly, who's mother, Sarah Meatly did describe the syndrome many years ago. He does a wife named as "Venla Vege" and a son called "Jere Vege-Karkkinen". His previous last name was "Järkinen" before he turned 19 and also he did have plastic surgery on his face after he turned 20 due to past mistake he has done about sexually harrasing Venla while she was having an internship at the group house where he was living at the time. He loves any kinds of sweets! But due to his Meatly, he needs to calm down it by eating fat-free food. His best friend Raimo Kaljanen does not like Kalle's wife because of differences of their values, but Kalle does not listen to him and responds with "But she's sexy".
